@jay- Please add tarun, parth and rushil on the group as you have their email ids and resend this mail to everyone after that.
Current Status:
Posters
- We have the posters ready. But our efforts of sending it with the help of techfest team has gone in vain. So right now we have to start from scratch and make it quick as we already delayed it a lot. So what we need to do is compile a list of colleges with a Point of Contact there and then we will start calling them. We will tell them about our initiative and ask them to join it by becoming the 'Ambassador' of ETVision 2035 in their college. They will have to fulfill certain duties and then at the end they will be provided with a certificate. First Deadline for this is coming Wednesday, the 25th. By then we have to get the database compiled and we have to be ready with sample drafts of emails that we will be sending to these colleges.
Website
- Our main website is ready. You can go and have a look at it at necet.in . Next thing is I have to get the social integration done on the website and get the groups website ready.
Online Publicity
- We earlier had decided that we will start online publicity when we have dispatched those posters to get the maximum benefit but as it is getting too much delayed and before we can send the posters, I think at least it is going to take 2 weeks more because we have to do everything by scratch. So we decided yesterday that we will start our online publicity. We will be talking to Rangan Sir on Monday asking permission for associations with inline groups and college festival groups and even companies who can help us reach out maximum audience.
Miscellaneous
- We also have to start working on the competitions and also about the press release.
Work Distribution
Parth, Rushil and Tarun
- You have to draft a sample mail which will be sent to all the colleges asking permission for putting up the posters and doing the online publicity like sending mails on their student id's if there are any.
- You will draft the outlines of basic duties an 'Ambassador' and what he will get finally.
- You also have to draft an outline of the call that we will be making to these college student.
- Look for some 10-15 energy related colleges where research in Energy is very prominent. We will look to increase the our focus on these colleges as they will get us the maximum audience. Send this list to Neeraj and aakash as they will be compiling the final database.

- You will share a sample spreadsheet sharing you connections in other colleges and share it on all both groups so that others can do it. @Everyone- Do fill this spreadsheet with the names of colleges that you think you can cover based on your personal reach. It would be great if can provide a contact in that college. As we do not have much contacts currently in our database, this is going to be deciding factor how good our reach will be. So please fill the spreadsheet. I expect everyone to be at least able to list 10 colleges which they cover on their own.

- Compile the final database with all the contacts that we currently have and prioritize a list of 450-500 that we will be calling. Keep the database generated from personal contacts separate. Take the HELIOS database and get the database from ICAER and also Techfest. Guys currently this is the most important job and this needs to be done as early as possible.
@ Rachit- Please help neeraj in getting the ICAER database.
@ Adwit- Get them the contact list from Techfest

- Make a plan about getting our initiative to the press. Rangan sir nce told Jay that he can arrange for the Press Release and also a few articles in Indian express came about our initiative. So please jot down a list contacts that you can arrange and how and when we are going to approach them.

Sisir and Priyanka
- You two can start working on 1-2 competitions that we can conduct. Decide on the structure and prizes. This we will also have to mention in the final deliverable list that we have to send to TIFAC. One competition that we have decided to conduct the is Article writing competition. We will ask for the entries and finalize 20 top articles and after we share those articles, The winner will be decided on the basis on most liked and shared article. This is serving two purposes: we are getting the content and also getting viral publicity.
@Everyone- This is the work that we need to focus on currently apart from the content. Many of you have not been allotted any work but try to contribute where ever you can. We also need to focus on the content. We have to have some material already put up on each group so that when we start the online publicity, people do not find our website empty. It can have a very bad effect. So getting content is equally important at this time. So what everyone needs to do is write at least one Article and share it on the group. We need to have at least 20-30 articles ready by next week. So everyone please contribute at least one-one page by next Wednesday.

Also, we will be going public by the next weekend so it is the time that everyone should be contributing their maximum. We need to work a lot harder to make this count. So we meet next on Wednesday, July 25th, 10 pm, Rangan sir's office. Please mark you calenders for that day and keep yourself free. This is going to be the most important phase so everyone make this your priority for next few days and lets meet on wednesday
