Bill and Don,

FYI...I thought this might be of interest to EIC and Planning Board. There was also a webinar from Joule Assets on Oct 2.  I'll see if it is archived.   --Mark

TCCOG’s energy committee cordially invites you to this zoom webinar as we work to learn more about Community Choice Aggregation. Feel free to share this with your elected colleagues.

When: Oct 20, 2020 01:00 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada)
Topic: Why Energy Transformation Can't be Outsourced - CCA 3.0 (Community Choice Aggregation for Climate Mobilization)

This webinar, by the creator of Community Choice Aggregation, will focus on why "energy transformation" to avert “permanent damage” from climate change, called for by the UN in 2019, requires a municipally-based planning and redevelopment process that is inconsistent with conventional outsourcing and/or bureaucratic models that can reach the required scale/acceleration of decarbonization.

The webinar will demonstrate a commercialization pathway for community-wide energy transformation on a scale of impact beyond conventional CCA program designs that are based on brokers and outsourced administrators.
