Opening: Consultant for OpenADR Compliant VTN

We are seeking an OpenADR consultant to help create an OpenADR compliant Virtual Top Node (VTN) service. The service should be capable of receiving ADR commands from an off-the-shelf implementation of the OpenADR 2.0 VEN (end node) client. The service is expected to log the received commands into a locally provided database (PostgreSQL), along with all appropriate metadata useful to the command. The service should be written entirely in either Python or Php, or another agreed-upon language, and will be deployed on a Linux system. Please email me if you are interested.
