Hi Energy Disaggregation folks,

Would anyone like some free, 2nd hand, data collection hardware?  The hardware includes:
  • 12 x EDF EcoManager Transmitter Plugs (measure the active power once every 6 seconds).
  • 3 x Nanodes with my RFM_EDF_EcoManager code installed.  These talk to the Transmitter Plugs to collect the data.
  • 3 x EDF EcoManager Whole House Transmitters, each with one CT clamp (measure apparent power once every 6 seconds).
You'd need to organise collection from Imperial College London.  I'm afraid I won't be able to provide any support for the hardware.  But there is documentation online, including the reverse-engineered over-the-air communications protocol :)

The EDF EcoManager kits are no longer sold by EDF.

This kit is part of the kit I used to collect my UK-DALE dataset.

There might be another ~50 transmitter plugs & 1 Nanode & ~4 whole house transmitters available next week (I'm currently still collecting data from my house; but I'm considering stopping data collection).

Thanks,
Jack

Hi Jack,

I was looking for this kind of equipment in order to build a (small) sub-metered dataset in France.
I'm trying to build some models based on foreign data but generalisation is always a major issue...

Are they still availble?

Thank you,

Ludovic

The data logging kit has gone to a good home.  So it's no longer available, sorry!
