The translation team at hongfire seems stuck in its ways so I figured since they don't seem to be doing anything id help spread the word since everyone is wanting a translation for this on there. Plus not enough ppl know about this and all these updates are adding more text and the small team isn't making this project go faster. It looks like it may never get done. I just want this project to be more lively.
Currently the TL team in HF is working on one personality and it's 50% completed. There is also other personality but they haven't done anything yet due to not enough members to do the remaining personalities.
So, yeah, we're not "stuck" in our ways anywhere, but i can see where one can infer that: we have ONE guy doing 90% the translation and editing. And about 4 more people helping out when they can.
I'd suppose one better contacts usagirei rather there than here but I actually do not know if fuwanovel allows and does by default send Email notification when PMs arrive and whether usagirei has this enabled.
And again I'd like to mention that the sheet only shows about a third if not less of what needs to be translated for 100%. VIP Events are another batch and the training is only voiced and would require a sub-title plugin (luckily the written script is still in the files). Considering that not much Daily Dialogue has been added since release but so much VIP and Night Service/Training, my old figures may be quite off since I also had to leave the team due to inactivity (I really should also get back to updating the CM3D2 Mod List any time soon...) and as novice editor I was not good enough anyway.
So, this has been dropped? No more attention to translations to pay cuz Honey Select's out (presumably, cuz it's getting translated quickly)? I keep shutting the game off cuz I don't wanna go too far and miss what half the game means. Still training my first maid, and would really like to know what the heck we're saying to each other during supervised work days and other events (like the interview, the first thing that happens with your first maid).

Yeah, we're gonna need to be a little less picky than that. As long as I even vaguely understand what they're saying, I can at least play the game. Google Edition is how I got through SBPR. Still play it, actually. I promise you I wouldn't if Google Translations weren't involved. Already put HS on hold because the girls say something I don't understand before every H, and then it's sex-time. Those first few words are the only kind of "story" the game has, so to not understand any of it means it's only a fapper. I need a tad more than that. It's a game, not a porno.
More like finding someone who is fluent in Japanese and English, and can translate it well without using machine translator. Well, if you want to deliver a high quality translation, you would have to be picky.
