Swim. Bike. Run. Fun... and Volunteer!  

THANK YOU - only 4 events left!!!!

We are officially past the halfway mark of the Indoor Triathlon Series, so THANK YOU to all of our volunteers who helped out in our first several events this year and to those of you helping out this SATURDAY at FFC PARK RIDGE!  


This weekend will be a smaller event but a bit more compressed so expect some great energy & activity!  We are still looking for more volunteers, so be sure to sign up and volunteer for this Saturday and future events at ffc.com/endurance-volunteer if you haven't already!  So far we have the following volunteers for Saturday - please let me know if you have any questions or need to make any changes but we loo forward to seeing you all on Saturday!

NEW "TRIPLE" VOLUNTEER SWAG - TriMonster mini backpacks!

If you've volunteered for 3 or more events this year, as an extra "THANK YOU!!!!" for all your help, be sure to grab one of our brand new mini TriMonster backpacks from Shelley when you check in for your volunteer assignment & sign the waiver!  These can be earned by racing, volunteering, or any combo thereof in at least three events to complete a TriMonster "Triple" challenge!  They make for great little indoor tri gear bags or shoe bags for cycling gear!

We will also be giving the top volunteers of the series their own personal TriMonster folding chair at the next event at FFC Lincoln Park... because if you've volunteered that much, you deserve receiving your own personal "TriMonster throne" so that you can get off your feet for a bit!  So if you've volunteered for 5+ events and want one, just let us know at the next event!

SATURDAY VOLUNTEER INFO - 7:00-8:00am check in!

For those of you volunteering THIS SATURDAY, please note that we will have the first wave at 8:30am, so most of you can wait to arrive around 8am this Saturday unless you want to help with setup starting around 7am.  We could potentially squeeze in some extra-early volunteers for a super-early "volunteer wave" at 6:30am since we'll be onsite setting up as early as 6am.  So if any of you would like to race first and then volunteer, just let me know if you might be interested in squeezing in competing before volunteering!  Otherwise, please plan to check in starting around 7:00-8:00am to help with final setup and prep for our first official wave at 8:30am!  All volunteers must sign a USAT WAIVER to check in and we'll also have some swag for you including shirts!  

POST RACE SOCIAL - we won't have any official post-race outing, but we have a really nice cafe at FFC Park Ridge, so plan to stay for a quick post-race toast on site!
