Good morning, CHRC,

If you haven’t seen the news, the 50th Marine Corps Marathon is still on! All that hard work and training will finally pay off.

We will have our final Saturday training run for the MCM tomorrow at 6:30 a.m., which a “quick” 8 miles on the Rock Creek Trail (4 miles out, 4 miles back). Please note there will be no water point, so plan accordingly.
