Also, just a reminder that we now have Modified Saturday Runs. Not training for the marathon but still want to join? We have shorter runs on Saturday for those who still want to run with the group, but maybe not as far! Come join our modified Saturday Runs!

Tuesday, 26 Aug (6:30 AM from US Capitol/southwest corner of Capitol Reflecting Pool) Tidal Basin (From Grant Statue to Tidal Basin around and back) 5 mi.
Thursday, 28 Aug (6:30 AM from US Capitol/southwest corner of Capitol Reflecting Pool) Anacostia Trail (From Grant Statue to Anacostia Trail via Penn Ave SE and back) 8 mi.
Saturday, 30 Aug (6:30 AM from WWII Iwo Jima Memorial) MVT (From Iwo to MVT. Out and back 6 mi. – 12 mi. total) 12 mi. Water Stop at Gravely Point.
- Modified Saturday, 30 Aug run (6:30 AM from WWII Iwo Jima Memorial) MVT (From Iwo to MVT. Out and back 3 mi. – 6 mi. total) Turn around at water Stop at Gravely Point.

Marine Corps Motivation:
In honor of the 250th Marine Corps Birthday, 50th MCM, and 25th CHRC Anniversary, some of our Marine Defense Fellows will be kicking off Saturday runs and manning water points to keep you moving!
