Please note that all of our runs begin at 6:30 am, including the Saturday runs!
Also, just a reminder that we now have Modified Saturday Runs. Not training for the marathon but still want to join? We have shorter runs on Saturday for those who still want to run with the group, but maybe not as far! Come join our modified Saturday Runs!
This week's runs are:
Tuesday, Sept 16 (6:30 AM from US Capitol/southwest corner of Capitol Reflecting Pool) Tidal Basin (From Grant Statue to Tidal Basin around and back) 5 mi.
Thursday, Sept 11 (6:30 AM from US Capitol/southwest corner of Capitol Reflecting Pool) Navy Yard Riverwalk (From Grant Statue to Navy Yard Riverwalk, along boardwalk, return via footbridge to Penn Ave SE to Independence) 5 mi.
Saturday, Sept 20 (6:30 AM from WWII Iwo Jima Memorial) From Iwo Jima head to Francis Key Bridge, then south on Rock Creek Trail to Hains Point (Water point at the tip of the point). North to the National Mall, then east to Linocln Park (around the park). Back to Hains Pt and return via Memorial Bridge. (water point at Hains Point; 5.5 miles and 16 miles) 20.5 Miles.

Marine Corps Motivation:
In honor of the 250th Marine Corps Birthday, 50th MCM, and 25th CHRC Anniversary, some of our Marine Defense Fellows will be kicking off Saturday runs and manning water points to keep you moving!
This week’s run will be supported by Captain Mark Grill and MSgt Joe Barnard. Be sure to say hello and thank them!
