Capitol Hill Running Club Friends, 

CHRC will host its annual Expo and Luncheon on May 16th from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. to welcome new runners and kick off our MCM2025 training. Lunch will be provided, so tell a friend, bring a friend and your appetite! More details to come!

This week's runs are as follows: 

  • Tuesday, April 22 (6:30 AM from National Museum of the American Indian) Stadium/Navy Yard Southeast Neighborhood Run, 5.0 miles, (Southbound on 3rd St SW, L – E St SW, L – 2nd St SW, R on sidewalk just after passing C St SW, R – Washington Ave SW, r – South Capitol St, L- Potomac Ave, bear right onto Yards Boardwalk after passing Dacha Bear Garden, L – 11th St SE, L – East Capitol St, R- 2nd St NE, return around north side of Capitol).

  • Thursday, April 24 (6:30 AM from National Museum of the American Indian): Lincoln Memorial Run, 4.2 miles.

  • Saturday, April 26 (7:30 AM from National Museum of the American Indian): Massachusetts Ave Circles Run, out and back for the distance of your choice (Northbound/left – 3rd St NW, L – Massachusetts Ave NW, turn around and head back wherever you like; Wisconsin Ave where you see the National Cathedral is approximately 4.5 mile out).

We will meet tomorrow morning at our usual spot, the Capitol Reflecting Pool. 

Saturday, April 26
 (7:30 AM: Massachusetts Ave Circles Run, out and back for the distance of your choice (Northbound/left – 3rd St NW, L – Massachusetts Ave NW, turn around and head back wherever you like; Wisconsin Ave where you see the National Cathedral is approximately 4.5 mile out).
