Thursday, January 15 (6:30 AM from Capitol/Grant Statue): Tidal Basin Run, 4.5 miles,

Saturday, January 17 (7:30 AM from Marine Corps War Memorial/Arlington): Mount Vernon Trail Southbound, out and back for the distance of your choice
