Please note that all of our runs begin at 6:30 am, including the Saturday runs!
Also, just a reminder that we now have Modified Saturday Runs. Not training for the marathon but still want to join? We have shorter runs on Saturday for those who still want to run with the group, but maybe not as far! Come join our modified Saturday Runs!
This week's runs are:
Tuesday, Sept 9 (6:30 AM from US Capitol/southwest corner of Capitol Reflecting Pool) Tidal Basin (From Grant Statue to Tidal Basin around and back) 5 mi.
Thursday, Sept 11 (6:30 AM from US Capitol/southwest corner of Capitol Reflecting Pool) Memorial Bridge (From Grant Statue to the far end of Memorial bridge and back) 5 mi
Saturday, Sept 13 (6:30 AM from WWII Iwo Jima Memorial) Creek Trail. From Iwo across Memorial Bridge to Rock Creek Trail. Out and back 7 miles – 14 miles total.

Marine Corps Motivation:
In honor of the 250th Marine Corps Birthday, 50th MCM, and 25th CHRC Anniversary, some of our Marine Defense Fellows will be kicking off Saturday runs and manning water points to keep you moving!
