No score or error for EDD segmentation submission

Dear EndoCV organisers,

I submitted a new result with a folder of tif files as instructed in https://github.com/sharibox/EndoCV2020/wiki for the EDD challenge. Nevertheless, there is no score or error for my segementation predictions.

Hi Adrian,

Your tif files have problem. Could you make sure that this can be read as 5 channel tif [5, h, w] using import tifffile as tiff?

Alternatively, you can try opening with ImageJ/Fiji.
