Training-test set split by video?

Hello,

i was just wondering: How is the training and test set split done? I would somehow assume by video, hence we evaluate how the algorithms perform for a new surgery. Am I wrong here?

How can I get this information for the video-frames? By name?

I started to asking this, because EDD2020_NAF0039 looks very similar than EDD2020_NAF0040 (so i do not want them to have in train and test set).
