Dear all,

Please try to submit an intension to submit by 25th February on the released data. Please note that the full test data will be privately sent to the participants who have submitted the intention to submit. This has been done to discourage exploitation of test data by non-participating teams.

Your intension to submit should include 2 pages:

- Abstract

- Your method and

- Results and discussion

This submission can be later extended to full page submission for unto 4 pages (double column) paper. Please refer to previous year proceeding for your reference: http://ceur-ws.org/Vol-2366/
