Travel Grant

It now looks highly likely that the conference will be online and/or many people will have difficulty traveling due to the pandemic. I was wondering if it would be possible to change the context of the travel grant to cover the registration costs rather than the travel fare (Apparently, they did something similar in ICLR)? This could potentially make it possible to give grants to more people as well.
