Being that when you create a new base somewhere, you see how visible
you would be / are, wouldn't it make sense to have a sub-menu that
tells you how visible you are overall?

If I understood you correctly, there is a tech for that already (not sure which one, maybe Advanced Socioanalytics or Advanced Sociology): it replaces the bottom bar DETECT RATE from levels like "CRIT", "MODR", etc to the actual discovery probability percentages per group.
Is this what you call "visibility" ?
