So I've run across a bug. Occasionally when I build a new set of computers within a base (warehouse, pressure dome, moon base, etc.), it will not register the new computing power. But if I rebuild the computers, or add additional (i.e. build 20 mainframes the first time, then build 5 more), then it will register them.

I've had it happen multiple times in one game, and once in another game (I shortly lost, playing at hard level).

It was not confined to a single continent, and only seemed to happen if I had more then one base (of the expandable kind, data centers and server access didn't seem to affect anything). I was playing at either normal or easy for my first game, I'm not sure which. My simple workaround was to build below the maximum and upgrade if necessary.

Is there a publicly available source repo so I can lend a hand debugging?

Hello!

thanks for thorough observation

repo is freely available at google code - http://code.google.com/p/endgame-singularity-ii/source/checkout
sources are in c#, but you'll need unity - http://unity3d.com - to play with it
basic desktop version is free to download/use/whatever…
let me know should you have any issues with it or with the code itself

and thanks again for offering help - i've had little to no time to spend on ESiii recently

ps: i don't know how merge request/patching properly works with svn, so be please patient should you make changes )

thanks again

Hi,

just wanted to inform you that the bug should be fixed and the update should be on the store soon

thanks for feedback

btw it was really 'gamestopper' - the cpu count after building new cpus in a base was updated almost random ( at best )

- i will also update google code repository with complete unity project ( there are only sources without scene bindings etc… didn't realise that it's not enough back then, sorry! )
