Dear Friends,

After releasing our latest draft Proposal for your comments, we have received positive feed-backs and supportive comments from many of you regarding both the letter and the spirit of the Proposal. We are happy to find that most of the common problems and concerns raised by EPA Holders have been either addressed or accounted for. More importantly, there's no objection regarding the policy recommendations that we have put forward.

In other words, the latest version of the Proposal has successfully reflected the common understanding among most of us regarding the problems we're facing under the current policies of the EPA. The responses to the latest draft have also shown that there's a consensus among all of us regarding the necessity to make our concerns heard by DIIRSTE and related authorities. 

All the above factors have led us to the belief that it is now time to finalize the Proposal and wrap up this effort.

If you find the Proposal all right, please show your formal support by signing it. We guarantee that the information you provide will be strictly protected and will serve the sole purpose of gathering official support for the Proposal. 

We're going to open the Proposal for your signature for about 2 to 4 weeks, or until we deem the number of signatures we have gathered as sufficient. After we finalize the process and submit the Proposal to DIIRSTE, we will delete all the personal data that we have collected.

In order to help the Proposal get as many signatures as possible, we'd appreciate it if you could forward the link of the Proposal to any other EPA Holder that you know, especially fellow scholars at your host university or from your home countries. And please don't forget to ask them to do the same.

So, that's it. We're almost there. Now, please open the link, sign the Proposal, and keep your fingers crossed :).  We will advise you of the outcomes of the Proposal and any comments/ feed-backs from DIIRSTE as soon as they are available.
