Encryptpad and 7-zip (for encryption)

"EncryptPad is for storage of documents and binary files in encrypted form and transferring data to somebody with whom you prearranged a secret."

7-zip also appears to do the same with AES-256 and password.

So I would like to understand when to use Encryptpad and when to use 7-zip? I'm asking in the context of encryption.

Hi WK,

I think it is individual choice which product to use. Try both applications and select one that you like more.
