Version 1.10 Released

I've updated the website at http://www.lingnik.com/software/silkbd/
with the latest version, 1.10, of the ENCharis layout. You can
download the files there.

There's a PDF there based on a spreadsheet with IPA and key-to-type-on-
your-keyboard side-by-side, as well as a graphic that you can save to
your computer (Right Click > Save Image As...) and print out that
shows the actual layout of the keyboard.

I originally called it ENCharis because I was only planning on
supporting English sounds, but that's no longer the case, but I didn't
want to change the name. (Especially since it's two kinds of pun!)
