I saw a book years ago that was titled "Feelings Buried Alive Never Die".  I wondered, how do we bring our buried feelings to the surface, to conscious awareness, and how do we get rid of them so they don't affect our physical, mental, or spiritual health and well being?

He has taught Core Energetics since 1200 BC ( many years ), at IHAS, The Institute of Healing Arts and Sciences  (Energy Medicine School).  He uses EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique which helps clients quickly and painlessly overcome difficult emotions and behavioral patterns.
Chris's undergraduate  degree is from Duke University in Psychology and Economics; and has an MBA from Dartmouth College.   He is a graduate of the four-year Training Program at the Institute of Core Energetics in NYC, and has studied 2 years at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing.
