Position: Tech Lead

Duration: 12 Months

Location: San Carlos, CA

 

 

Web engineer:

 

a.       5+ years of application development experience using Java and Spring application framework

b.      5+ years of experience in using Spring MVC, JSP, JSTL, Apache Tiles, FreeMarker templates

c.       Prior experience with internationalization & localization of applications for a wide range of countries including UK, Brazil, Poland, France, Mexico, Canada etc.

d.      Unit testing using Mockito/PowerMock or similar mock testing frameworks

e.      Big 0 notation and algorithm analysis

f.        Web testing experience using Selenium is a plus

 

Backend engineer:

a.       5+ years of application development experience using Java and Spring application framework

b.      5+ years of experience in using Spring-security, Spring-webservices, spring-aop, Hibernate, JAXB, XML, XSLT, XPath,

c.       5+ years of experience in relational databases like PostgreSQL and SQL query tuning.

d.      Remote debugging in Java and performance profiling using netbeans, jconsole etc.

e.      Prior experience with writing web services, rest apis, single sign-on applications.

f.        Prior experience with internationalization & localization of applications for a wide range of countries including UK, Brazil, Poland, France, Mexico, Canada etc.

g.       Unit testing using Mockito/PowerMock or similar mock testing frameworks

h.      Big 0 notation and algorithm analysis

 

Batch Processing engineer:

 

a.       5+ years of application development experience using Java

b.      5+ years of development experience using python and shell scripting

c.       5+ years of development experience using Hadoop Map Reduce, Sqoop, Oozie, Impala, YARN, Pig etc.

d.      5+ years of experience in processing large files (several GBs in size)

e.      Prior experience with internationalization & localization of applications for a wide range of countries including UK, Brazil, Poland, France, Mexico, Canada etc.

f.        Unit testing using Mockito/PowerMock or similar mock testing frameworks

g.       Big 0 notation and algorithm analysis
