Enaml on Windows and winutil

Hi all,

Where I can found winutil module? It doesn't present on my machine after installation of Enaml (0.10.4)

Hi,

I just checked in a fresh environment installing enaml (0.10.4) via pip and I can import ```enaml.winutil` without any trouble. In site-packages, in the enaml folder, I can find winutil.pyd as expected. 

How did you install enaml and how did you try to access to winutil ?
