Enactus- CEL Collaboration :(

I came to know ki officially it is announced that Enactus Bits Goa is a part of CEL.
and this is because of the fact that Enactus Bits Goa team doesnt have a potential candidate who can LEAD this club.

some of the juniors told ki Enactus khatam ho gya kyunki jo do 2nd yearites hain vo ultra li8 hai.

I heard that CEL
-will continue selling candles (RED Project) but will use the name PROJECT  SAHARA.

-will use brand name of Enactus in order to get Sponsors and Funding.

-and from now PROJECT SAHARA will be named as Project Sahara- A CEL and  Enactus initiative (*mark Enactus is after CEL)

Well practically it should not bother me because I am not part of Enactus but yaar yeh toh aankon ke saamne dropadi ka cheerharan dekhne ke equivalent ho gya.

Not so good move Nandi and your team

First of all if you it doesnt bother you you shouldnt be even writing this mail.

As for the collaboration with CEL atleast we are trying to do something. If you had the guts you would not have dropped everything halfway like you did. If your ship is sinking have the guts to sink with it.

And jo project khatam hone k baat hai... You initiated the first step Mr Phalgun soni. I guess that was the best move. You pointed fingers at sanya, prakhar saying that you have a bad team but you were the first to bail out. The dream team you want to work with i hope you get it someday.

Aur conditions jo tjhe jisne batai i dunno but you believe in rumours also that's good to know.

And as for the tnc they are:
1. Yes they will continue selling candles but their people are a part of our team. They will also be selling our products because the products wont be differentiated.
2. All their products will come under Project sahara and as an Enactus initiative (nothing else)
3. Funds of CEL and Enactus will always remain separate as we have separate ledgers and can be used on authority of the acting president (who is from enactus)

Btw learn to stay in your limits.. Aise mail likh kr apne aap ko stud sabit krna chahta hai toh vo aapse ho nai paa rh hai. You have to try a little harder for that..

And yes i accept that i have failed on many levels but i am at least still trying instead of pointing fingers like you.
For a change please grow some balls and try to do something, then writing such mails. Maybe you will learn not to run away from the fear of failure. And who knows maybe you would do the wonders that you expected from us.

Practically bother nhi karna chiaye tha but emotionally it does bother me,bcoz i started it and left it kyunki i was not enjoying working with you.

after all what is the point to hear same thing from you in meeting which i told you just 1 hr before the meeting and regarding the work,still my work is more than work done by you and your team.

If in case you didnt remember I was done with 3 SHG's ,2 Fashion Designers and 50% taxi ka kaam,but tune hi roka tha saying ki "saara tu karega toh bakki sab kya karenge" so please dont say ki I dropped this project halfway.(* kya hai na kuch baaten dil ko touch kar jati hain).

regarding prakhar n sanya,you are saying it jaise tu khud agree karta hi nhi tha iss baat pe,yes it is a fact that in starting 6-7 weeks they didnt work but it is also true that after that they worked more than you.( * yeh sab tere team ke member ne bataya mujhe)

regarding the collaboration with CEL-when Enactus Bits Goa was just 1 week old you only told ki I will make sure ki Enactus kabhi bhi CEL ke saath kaam na kare,hamesha independent kaam kare.Ab Ab kya hua

I dont have any personal problem with CEL but breaking your own promise is not a good thing.

Regarding Project Sahara-yahan tum khe rhe ho ki sab kaam Enactus ke under hoga,vahan vo khe rhe hain sab kaam CEL ke under hoga

before doing anything make sure ki kis ke neeche kya ho rha hai

and the line which you wrote in your 2nd mail "And yes i accept that i have failed on many levels but i am at least still trying instead of pointing fingers like you" I love such statement, very powerful line it is.By saying such lines people basically win the battle kyunki saamne vaala kuch khe hi nhi pata (* slow clap)

Can both of you stop please. What is the matter with both of you? Are you in class two or something that you will fight like this?

Nobody can deny that Phalgun had worked for the project and Abhinandan formulated the strategies.

Project Sahara was the brainchild of both of you and personally I really admire both of you for all the efforts you put in the project. 

So stop ruining each others' efforts by throwing bad words on each other. Acknowledge and learn to accept.

Phalgun, the reason why we are combining with CEL is that we need a bigger team force and mentorship of more people in core committee so that if people 'do not like working with each other and quit', we still have people to lead the project.

(And of course the facts mentioned by Abhinandan in his previous mail)

And I feel there is no need for justification as to why core members of CEL  will also be monitoring Project to anyone not related to the project, it was a decision of a team.

(Analogy: if a company merges with some other company, a common man doesn't goes and asks the CEO why he did it, its a bad idea. He expresses his concern, and its up to the company heads to decide whether to react to it or not. Though the shareholders of the company are given proper justification and the course of path from then) 

And the fact that the strength reduced since the time we inducted, leaves all of us a thought on self-introspection as to whether all of us were good leaders or not. I myself agree I didn't work much for the project, and admit that I wasn't that good a leader that my juniors left the Project.

Its just the beginning of our careers and accept that some things work out, and some don't. All of us will face bigger challenges in our future, and if this is the unprofessional way in which you will react to this, then I have nothing left to say. 

The decision of Phalgun was his personal decision and nobody can change it, he has his reasons. He left it and now, like any random BITSian, he was expressing his views (a little too personally, aage se avoid kariyo :P )

Overall, Abhinandan's efforts and time and zeal for the Project is really really commendable. I haven't seen such a dedication and above all perseverance ever before in a BITSian.

Even before I was a part of ENACTUS, I knew both of you as people with amazing caliber to achieve things because of Tuitor. You both still have that. Just don't be unprofessional and take out personal grudges. You were all a team and worked for a common goal for Project Sahara at some time, at least respect that, if nothing else. Both of you are awesome when it comes to work, and nobody is perfect, everyone has his/her faults. So stop pinching each other hard on their faults. 

P.S.: Phalgun, no Delhi remarks here, even you weren't no less in your mail. :P

now stop spamming everyone's mail box :P
