Meeting at Library Lawns at 10:30 pm today

hi, 

I would like all of us to be present at the library lawns at 10:30 today.

Firstly i had a talk with abhi jain the coordi of Arts and Deco. They are ready to collaborate with us but we need to have a talk with the Chief coordi as well. We need to figure out the tncs between them and us like, will we pay them etc.

Secondly sandeep and i had a talk with Nirmaan for collaboration so as to avoid future conflicts and get more volunteers in second year. They are also willing to talk, so we need to decide what exactly are the points we can collaborate on and then have a meeting with their team.

Also you guys have been divided into verticals according to your choices (except sanya, if you want to change i can take your vertical but i think you will be able to handle it..   :) )

I want you guys to come prepared as to how you will be proceeding in those verticals so we can have a future layout and some timelines. Also come with your requirements for the same if any.

Lastly new second years and first years have been inducted and we still have not got them involved with us. We need to find a way to get them involved fast as they will start losing interest.

Guys we need to pick up pace. I know we are handling other stuff as well including acads but this is something we volunteered for and i know we can make a big thing out of this club in the coming year.
