hi guys,
Sorry for the late mail. Was a little busy.
We are midway of this semester and we still haven't shown some tangible progress. We need to be up and ready with our project as soon as monsoon ends. That is the only time where we can really test our idea.
Secondly we still have not been able to incorporate juniors in the work we are doing. I would like suggestions as to how that should be done or can be done. Like how the other departments are doing it... ( i have no prior experience or rather an bad experience working with departments) and i dont want the same for the students working with us. So i would really like your help.
Thirdly we need to set some sort of deadlines, or a roadmap consisting the timelines about till when each part of the project can be at least workable with.
Currently we have nothing penned down. So can we hold a short meeting for that tomorrow?
Please tell a timing that suits you.

I suggest to have same kind of meeting as we had earlier.
I m working on content of brochure and its almost done.
I feel we need a business plan immediately which will help in approaching sponsors.
Are u getting mails from Enactus India regarding sponsorship??

To have a meeting like before we need some work for the juniors... last time we had a meeting we had no tangible outputs.
@phalgun till when can be the business plan be ready?
As for the sponsor mails etc i will talk to enactus international after 10 october. Enactus international is going on right now.
We can start approaching small sponsors here in goa itself for now.

Exactly.. So tomorrow then A507.. 10:30... We can build a definite roadmap with concrete timelines. Then only we can track our progress. Right now everything is quite scattered.
