Sir
We are planning a unique learning event at Bangalore for the young
artisans involved in the enable artisan project.
(www.enableartisan.org). last February we developed some interesting
products with these artisans ( potters from central kerala) and would
like the artisans to have close interaction with people who are lovers
of traditional crafts.
The idea is to find about 4 people from Bangalore to host two/ three
of the artisans and invite their friends to interact with the
artisans. The artisans need exposure in how urban people live, what
kind of spaces exists and what kind of products they use etc. They
could be exposed to residences(different types- flats, bunglows etc),
offices etc. This would lead to new products, ideas and new
collaborations.

So I need to find out which are the best places suited for this. And
how also we should make the event selectively public.
The dates we want this on 12, 13 and 14th (NOVEMBER) and on Sunday
15th all artisans could meet in one place and share experience.

Tasqeen who lives in Michael palaya has agreed to host a group.
Dinesh would do this in Jayanagar. Looking for some more people.
Do get back if you can help out in some way. You can see some examples
of their work at
