some PC3000 nodes can't ping through each other on data ports

Some of these PC3000 nodes can't ping through each other on the data ports.

Is the data port switch for PC3000 nodes down? Today, I tried again and found these data ports are not active.

It did have a bad power supply, so some of the modules may not have booted.
I replaced the power supply, let's see if that makes a difference.
