failed to setup experiment using PC3000 nodes

I tried to setup an experiment using PC3000 nodes, but it failed twice on swapping in because of vlan setup failures. Please take a look.

Error code are like this:

Sorry, we must have had a power bump. The ancient Cisco 6500 switch that
serves the pc3000s did not boot all the way.

It is coming up now.
