Hi,
I am trying to create image using "image backed dataset creation" option. The GUI requires to select the Instance and Node, however, when I click on the Node list, it is empty and does not show me any node despite that I have four nodes live. PFA for reference. Is there any other way to create disk image? like in emulab classic there was an explicit create disk image option which I am unable to find in new interface. Thanks

My project ID is "TuftsCC"
Experiment ID is "beta"

Hi. An image backed dataset is not a bootable image, its just a partition
that holds additional data. In order to create one, one of the nodes in the
experiment has to have a “blockstore” that you have populated with data.
A typical way to get started, is to create an experiment like this

https://www.cloudlab.us/show-profile.php?uuid=3e337b78-4ca4-11e9-910b-e4434b2381fc

and populate the mounted filesystem. Then go to the Create Dataset page
and create an image backed dataset from that filesystem.

If you want to create a snapshot of your root filesystem, then click
on Create Disk Image in the upper panel of the status page.
