create a new image descriptor

Hello everyone, I encountered a problem when creating the win7 system image. When I proceed to phase3 (bring up a fresh windows install), I get an error when creating the descriptor and restarting the windows node: Failed to boot MFS on: pc1Failed admin MFS boot for pc1
