Sega MasterGear Emulator for windows

I downloaded MasterGear for windows.
When I open MasterGear the file explorer page pops up over MasterGear and says open Sega File.
At the bottom it says file name and has a blank white bar.
If I kick the file explorer page it kicks MasterGear.
There is no way to minimize the file explorer page so it drops down to the task bar.
I would include a screen shot but I dont know how to screen shot it.
I looked on youtube for help with MasterGear.
I found very few videos on MasterGear and they were all on the android version of MasterGear.
