It will be helpful if you can send me .STA or .FRZ file saved just
before the problem occurs. This will help me debug.

Yes, as I have said before, sending .STA/.FRZ files would be useful.

I think I know what scene you are talking about (tried fixing it with no success for months), but just in case, could you send me your *.sta/*.frz files from the moment before this happens?
