ColEm 5.6 Immediate Debugger Mode

I was playing random games (some coming from the Collectorvision Vault) and noticed that a game (Light Grid Racing) which is run by coolCV and blueMSX will not run on ColEm. (A debugger screen appears). Is there an easy way for me to track down the problem? I've enabled SGM and other hardware emulation options, but no dice.
