VGB 5.9 for Windows and Linux

The free VGB 5.9 for Windows and Linux, a new release of my GameBoy Color, GameBoy Classic, and Super GameBoy emulator, is now available for download:

The new release should now accept most command line options on Windows, which did not work before. I have also added "Video | Show Framerate" menu option to show current frames-per-second count on Windows. See below for all the changes.

ALL CHANGES:

* Refactored Windows EMULib code.
* Most command line options should now work in Windows version.
* Added "Video | Show Framerate" menu option to VGB-Windows.
* Increased synchronization timer precision in Windows version.
