Ok so, I can't seem to upload any other game shark or replay codes to 5 he android emulator. Is there any particular reason for that? Or do I just not know how to edit the codes? I couldn't find any video tutorials or anything to see how it's done.

I am not sure what you mean by "uploading" codes, but you can either enter them directly into the emulator (Cheats -> Edit) or create a custom.chts file that will show up in the Cheatopedia. In both cases, make sure you read the FAQ:
