The new version of my GameBoy Advance emulator for Android, VGBA-Android 3.9.64 is out:

In this version, I went over GBA display emulation and optimized the assembler code responsible for alpha-blending, fade-in, and fade-out emulation. VGBA will run faster now, especially in games using complex graphics, and on Android devices with limited performance. Also added a couple of user-requested games to the Cheatopedia.
ALL CHANGES:
* Optimized GBA alpha-blending emulation in assembler for speed.
* Optimized GBA fade-in and fade-out emulation in assembler for speed.
* Added Rebel Star: Tactical Command to the Cheatopedia.
* Added Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire to the Cheatopedia.
