Segclassexam error

Dear Carsten,

There is a problem with running segclassexam (report_segclassexam.log and stdout_segclassexam.log attached). The main error is IndexError: list index out of range in prepare_segclassexam_mpi.

The only thing I could guess is the error with previous step segmentclass (report_segmentclass.log attached). The Segmantclass procedure finished and class stack was created, however there was an error at the end (see report_segmentclass.log). The error is the same for different number of classes, binning and mpi numbers.

Dear Sergey,

Alright, this is not a very transparent error message. As you have requested to examine a total of 3 classes (1,3) and specified 12 CPUs each CPU will try to compute a class independently. Just go down in your number of CPUs corresponding to  your classes, i.e. do not go higher in CPU number than classes to be examined.
