For the Tutorial

Hi, 

  I'd like to follow the tutorial to have a practice, anyone could send me the image that used in the manual? I found the image file name is cs_scan034.tif.

Hi Ximing,

This exact image (cs_scan034.tif) is just used in the tutorial as a place holder for the respective micrographs to use. You can download micrographs to do the tutorial from the EMPIAR web page (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/pdbe/emdb/empiar/). There is one small data set from the K2 Summit (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/pdbe/emdb/empiar/entry/10020/) and one from the Falcon II (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/pdbe/emdb/empiar/entry/10021/).
