Layer line correlation

HI Carsten, 

Thanks for the nice workshop in Heidelberg! I have a question about layer line correlation: spring can compute it under Segmentexam but it will most likely will not take the final alignment into consideration as well as out-of-plane rotation. Would this be good enough or is there any other way to get it more precise?

Dear Misha,

Yes, the workshop was very good. 

You concern is correct that you SPRING will not be able to take slight variations into account like out of plane tilt. The best you can do at this point is to provide the cleanest power spectrum as a reference. You can generate this power spectrum by providing the best subset of images to SEGMENTEXAM.
