Install Spring with mpi on cluster

Hi all,

I am trying to help our staff at Yale to install Spring on our cluster. We have managed to do get it installed, but somehow the MPI did not work. Could anyone tell me how to install on the cluster properly? I really appreciate your help!

Dear Yangqi,

In principle, the provided binary install will work on various cluster systems, ie. SLURM, PBS, LSF and Sungrid engine submission systems. If this is not working you can go for compiling this yourself.
