symmetrize hlx option in segrefine3dgrid

Dear Carsten,

I'm wondering if the "symmetize helix" option should be "False" during the grid search for helical parameter. In the tutorial it the option is "True" but is it gonna impose the same helical symmetry to each EM map reconstructed with different helical symmetry?

Dear Jing,

Please, keep the "symmetrize helix" option "True" as it is part of actual symmetrization procedure. Indeed, it may be confusing as they are values for helical rise and rotation to be entered. Those values are dummy values will not be considered as the SEGREFINE3DGRID run will override those with the particular combination of specified symmetry parameters at the very top of the parameter file.
