Another issue of spring that confused me:
The "power spectrum resolution cutoff" option seems to rescale the pixel size for measuring the helix width and helical normal. I keep the pixel size in A the same as 3.24A. If I set the cutoff at 0.05, the hlx width reads 46A, and if I change the cutoff to 0.1, the hlx width goes up to 105A. Both of which are not the true width sine it should be something around 220 A.
When I use resolution cutoff higher than 0.1 (0.11), there's attribute error:
AttributeError: 'SegClassExam' object has no attribute 'pixelsize'
Would you please help me sort it out so that I can have a accurate reading of the hlx width?
Thank you very much!
