Unable to SDL_PollEvent keyboard events when building with -proxy-to-worker to use the Fetch api

Hello,

  Unable to receive keyboard events using SDL_PollEvent while building with proxy-to-worker, which I use for the Fetch API.

Mouse events work fine.  I do see MOUSE ENTER/LEAVE events for a mouse click however.  Could the canvas be losing focus and not receiving the events?

I am new to emscripten?  Any ideas?
