PSA: Removing support for emterpreter

We recently landed a change that warns on usage of the emterpreter (-s EMTERPRETIFY):

Hopefully this change will allow us to determine if there are many users out there using it.  If you use the emterpreter please speak up.  Hopefully we can transition you onto wasm backend + asyncify.   Its a transition that will have to be made soon enough anyway as the emterpreter is a fastcomp-only feature and fastcomp itself is due for removal ASAP too.

Assuming we don't get any feedback to the contrary I hope the remove emterpreter completely in the following PR:

I'm planning on removing the emterpreter this week, which means that when 1.39.17 is released it will be the first release to not contain the emterpreter.

If you are still using emterpeter please speak up!
