PSA: emsdk --embedded mode is becoming the default

As part of the ongoing effort to make emscripten more self contained I'm hoping to make `--embedded` the default some time today. (https://github.com/emscripten-core/emsdk/pull/472)

This means the all config and cache data related to the emsdk will live in the emsdk directory and not in your $HOME directory. 

If all goes well in a few weeks / months I will well remove `--no-embedded` option completely because I don't see any reason to maintain the extra logic (unless we find a good reason to keep it).

This change how now landed.  emsdk is using embedded config by default.  If you have any issues please file emsdk bugs or reply here!

Turns out emscripten's own CI was broken by this change!  Doh:  https://github.com/emscripten-core/emscripten/pull/11293

If you are doing anything like this with emsdk please let us know so we can work towards making your use case with `--embedded` too.
