Wasm module speed difference in Chrome on local and remote servers

Hi All,

I have a wasm module (in a Web Worker) runs a lot faster (more than two times) if it's loaded from a local server comparing to a remote one. I'm using Chrome 99 with WebAssembly tiering disabled.

Does anybody have similar phenomenon?
