New unreachable errors with 6.0.10

Having upgraded to 6.0.10, I have a bunch of "RuntimeError: unreachable" errors in my testing. None of them occurred with 6.0.4, with the same source, so this seems like a regression. 

I'm switching back to 6.0.4 for the present, while I try to get shared libraries working. Is there anything I should check before I try to dig out the code that is triggering the problems? New or changed compiler options? (I'm using a custom build system, and working with the raw emcc/em++ command line)

Hi John,

Nothing jumps to mind but there were a fair amount of change in that range.   Does building with ASSERTIONS=2 show anything?   Can you try to bisect to get a narrower regression range (https://emscripten.org/docs/contributing/developers_guide.html#bisecting)?
