[PSA] Emscripten 6.0.0 released

Hi all,

We just released emscripten 6.0.0.

Noteworthy changes include enabling dynamic linking by default, and switching Windows entry points from .bat files to .exe files.

Note that we are experimenting with using GitHub releases here (previously we were just using git tags).   Is this a good idea?   Feedback welcome!

Windows users, I'm particularly interested in how the new `.exe` launcher files are working out.  Any issues so far?
